Who We Are

VibeTech Systems exists to fix what's broken and build what's actually needed — for schools, churches, and field-service teams the software industry tends to overlook.

We rescue half-finished websites, replace pieced-together spreadsheets, and build the custom tools off-the-shelf software can't provide. Simple, reliable, and built around how you actually work — not how a template assumes you work.

We've also built and operate four software platforms of our own: ShopFlow Pro (for auto repair shops), CampusCore (for K-12 schools), YourChurchHub, and EFM. They're separate products with their own pricing and customers, run independently of VibeTech Systems' studio work.

About the Founders

Ted Thompson

Co-Founder

Ted Thompson is a co-founder of VibeTech Systems and a software architect with 30 years of experience building and leading businesses across multiple industries. A Dartmouth College graduate (B.S. Computer Science), Ted leads software design and development for VibeTech Systems and CampusCore. Both of his parents were educators, and the resource constraints he saw firsthand in under-funded schools growing up shape his focus today: building practical, no-nonsense systems for organizations — schools, churches, and field service teams — that the tech industry tends to overlook. Outside of building software, Ted has spent nearly three decades teaching wilderness survival to at-risk youth. He's based in Orlando, Florida.

Carl Thompson

Co-Founder

Carl Thompson is a co-founder of VibeTech Systems, bringing 25+ years of experience that spans financial leadership and enterprise technology delivery. He began his career in public-sector finance, eventually serving as Budget Director for Dayton Public Schools, then moved through financial leadership roles at Honeywell and Marktech Systems before building a parallel career in enterprise Agile program management — leading technology transformation work for organizations including CareSource, JPMorgan Chase, PNC, Amazon Air, Nationwide, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Tuskegee University and is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified SAFe Agilist. Like his brother and co-founder Ted, Carl grew up the child of two educators — an experience that still shapes how VibeTech Systems approaches under-resourced organizations today.
